CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. (AP) — A man shot in Capitol Heights two years ago has now died of his injuries, and Prince George’s County police say they’ve arrested four men in the killing.
Melvin Pate, of the District of Columbia, was found shot in a car in November 2010. Police say he died last week, and the death has been ruled a homicide.
Police on Tuesday and Wednesday arrested four men on charges including first- and second-degree murder.
