SILVER SPRING, Md. (CBSDC) - A townhouse fire in Silver Spring Friday morning took nearly 50 firefighters and about a half hour to extinguish.
Montgomery County Fire responded to a townhouse fire in the 1700 block of Featherwood Street in the Fairland section of Silver Spring at about 9:30 a.m. The fire started on the first floor of a middle home, and required the assistance of some Prince George’s County firefighters.
Fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire, which took about 25 minutes to put out.
There are no reported injuries.
