Police Seek Help Identifying Suspects in Alexandria Robbery

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (CBSDC) – Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in a 7-Eleven robbery in Alexandria on Tuesday.

Alexandria police have released a surveillance video of the suspects during a robbery of the 7-Eleven located at 4610 Kenmore Ave. on Tuesday, Oct. 30 at around 3:17 a.m.

Two suspects entered the business, the first of which jumped over the counter while the second went around the counter and grabbed the clerk.

The second suspect displayed a handgun and held the clerk while the first suspect went for the cash in the register.

Both suspects then pushed the clerk to the ground before running out of the store. The clerk was not seriously injured.

The first suspect is described as a dark skinned black male, 5’9” to 5’11”, weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up on top of his head, a black puffy North Face jacket, black jeans and black shoes.

The second suspect is described as a dark skinned black male, 5’7” to 5’9”, weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a red hat, a black warm up style jacket with white stripes going down each arm, dark pants and dark shoes.

The robbery was captured on surveillance video.
