WASHINGTON (CBSDC) - Weekend track work on the Orange, Blue and Red Lines will affect Metro riders this weekend, along with two station closings.
Metro says the Rosslyn and Arlington Cemetery stations will be closed for maintenance.
Track work on the Orange, Blue and Red Lines begin Friday at 10:00 p.m. and will continue through closings on Sunday.
Buses will replace trains between Foggy Bottom and Pentagon on the Blue Line and between Foggy Bottom and Court House on the Orange Line.
Metro says customers using shuttle buses should allow 20 to 30 minutes of additional travel time.
Trains will be single tracking in two places on the Red Line: between Twinbrook and Grosvenor and between Forest Glen and Takoma. Customers traveling through the work zones should allow for 15 minutes of additional travel time.
