ASHBURN, Va. (CBSDC) – Washington Redskins Defensive Coordinator Jim Haslett spoke to the media for the first time since their 27-12 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday.

“We weren’t happy with how we played,” Haslett said Thursday.

He talked about just a couple breakdowns really hurting them in the run defense and addressed the DeAngelo Hall situation. The cornerback was ejected from the game following a fourth quarter skirmish with officials.

“I understand why he was upset,”  Haslett said.  “I don’t agree with what he said afterwards.”

At the linebacker position, Haslett says Ryan Kerrigan hasn’t been as noticed as he was earlier in the season and blamed it on more double teams and less one-on-one opportunities.

Listen here to all of Jim Haslett’s press conference as well as what Jarvis Jenkins, Trent Williams & Aldrick Robinson had to say during open locker room today.
