SILVER SPRING, Md. (CBSDC) - A carjacking occurred today in the Bethesda area and the suspect is still on the loose.

Police say the carjacking occurred near Rockville Pike and Edison Lane in Bethesda on Wednesday.

The car has been located in Silver Spring and police are now looking for the suspect in the area of Ellsworth Drive in downtown Silver Spring.
