BETHESDA, Md. (CBSDC/AP) — All lanes of the inner loop of the Capital Beltway have reopened after separate tractor-trailer accidents completely closed the roadway for more than three hours from Old Georgetown Road to Route 355 in Bethesda.
Maryland State Police say both trucks were leaking fuel and needed to be drained before they could be towed.
There were no reported injuries.
