LEESBURG, Va. (CBSDC) — Three people are hurt, one seriously, following a gas-related flash fire at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Va.
Loudoun County firefighters say the incident occurred in the resort’s kitchen around 9 a.m.
One man has been airlifted to the burn unit at Washington Hospital Center.
Two women have been taken to local hospitals in an ambulance. Fire officials say their injuries are non-life threatening.
The Loudoun County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
