LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — Kellogg’s say they have issued a voluntarily recall for the possibility of metal fragments in side boxes cereal.
The recall affects boxes of Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size cereals.
The company says the boxes can be identified by lettering included in the product expiration date. Boxes with the letters KB, AP or FK before or after the Best If Used Before date are affected.
A full list of recalled cereals can be found on the Kellogg’s website.
A video posted on YouTube video shows metal fragments inside the cereal being picked up by a magnet.
Customers who purchased the cereal should contact the company.
