Police Try to I.D. Woman with Liquor Store Robbers
BRYANS ROAD, Md. (CBSDC) - Detectives in Charles County have developed new leads in the investigation of two liquor store robberies that occurred in the month of September.
Investigators want to identify a woman who appears to be connected to the two male suspects found in surveillance photos from each robbery.
The first robbery took place Sept. 2 at Portside Liquors in the 6900 block of Indian Head Highway in Bryans Road.
A subsequent robbery occurred at Country Place Liquors in the 3100 block of Marshall Hall Road in Bryans Road.
In each of the robberies, the suspects entered the store, brandished a gun and demanded money.
Charles County police are hoping to hear from someone who recognizes the woman caught on camera and are offering a cash reward for information leading to the identity of the suspects.
The two suspects are described as black males, possibly in their twenties. One stands between 5’06” and 5’08”, and weighs between 170 and 180 pounds, with long hair worn in dreadlocks. Police say he usually wears a Chicago Bulls baseball cap.
The second suspect is about 6’03”, with a thin build, and has worn a Redskins Cap. The female has a medium build and long hair.
