ROCKVILLE, Md. (CBSDC) - Police are seeking the help of the public in finding a teenager who has been missing from Rockville for over two months.
Maria Ann Ward, 17, of the 500 block of Baltimore Road in Rockville was last seen on Aug. 1. She is described as a white female standing at 5’0” tall, and weighs 130 pounds. Ward has brown eyes and medium-length black hair.
Police say she is known to frequent downtown Wheaton and Washington, D.C.
No one in her family has heard from her since her August disappearance.
Detectives have been following leads presented to them by family members and friends and have explored social media-related leads, but none of these have turned up any information about Ward’s whereabouts.
They have recently received information that she may be in the company of an adult male.
