VIDEO: ‘West Wing’ Stars Reunite to Help Michigan Candidate

LANHAM, Md. – It certainly pays to have friends in high places. Or at least, a sister with friends in high places.

Stars of the popular “West Wing” TV show reunited to help Bridget Mary McCormack, a candidate for the Michigan Supreme Court.

McCormick’s sister, Mary McCormack, was an actress on the award-winning show for the final three seasons. McCormack, along with Martin Sheen, Allison Janney and several other familiar faces, appear in a four-minute video to endorse the candidate and talk non-partisan ballots.

“I’m very happy today,” the actress told The Washington Post’s Reliable Source, shortly after the video went online. “And I love my little sister.”

Bridget Mary McCormack launched her bid for office in March.
