WASHINGTON (CBSDC) - President Obama is scheduled to make an appearance in Prince William County Friday.
People are already filing into Pfitzner Stadium – home of the Potomac Nationals – in Woodbridge for the president’s 12:45 p.m. speaking engagement. Gates opened to the public at 9:30 a.m.
Offsite parking has been set up at the Prince William Fairgrounds located at 10624 Dumfries Road in Manassas. Shuttle buses will be running attendees to and from the event.
There are no schedule street closings around the stadium on Prince William County Parkway in Woodbridge but traffic will probably be impacted, according to Prince William County police.
Rolling road closures will affect traffic as the president’s motorcade enters and exits the stadium.
