UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — A 30-year-old man has been convicted of first-degree felony murder in the stabbing of a Hyattsville man in his home.

Thirty-year-old David Henry Wright of Hyattsville was convicted Thursday. He faces life plus 40 years at sentencing Nov. 29.

Wright was convicted in the death of 58-year old Ansel Whitelocke on Dec. 31, 2010. Prosecutors said Wright and another man went into Whitelocke’s apartment and demanded money.
