DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Md. (CBSDC) — An elderly District Heights man is missing.

Sixty-eight-year-old George Fairnot has not been seen since September 7th, police say.

He was last seen driving a 2004 tan Chevy Blazer around H Street N.E. in the direction of Benning Road in D.C.

The Blazer has Maryland tags 746M855.

Fairnot is a black male, roughly 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

He does not have any known medical conditions, but family members are concerned with the man’s mental state and potential dehydration.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Prince George’s County Police Department.
