Warrant Issued For Second Man In Fatal I-95 Crash, Large Reward Offered

PALMER PARK, Md. (CBSDC) – Police announced a warrant has been issued for the second person in the car connected to Monday’s fatal I-95 crash.

Prince George’s County announced in a press conference Wednesday that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Kevon Darnell Neal, 23, of the 3400 block of Gennene Lane in Fort Washington. Neal has been identified as the second occupant in the car two officers were chasing on I-95 Monday, that resulted in the death of officer Adrian Morris.

Police are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of Neal.

Kenneth Clark Mitchell, 25, of the 5300 block of Clay Terrace in Northeast, Washington, D.C., was arrested Tuesday and charged with auto theft. Mitchell is believed to be one of the two occupants in the silver Acura the two Prince George’s County police officers were chasing before crashing their police cruiser.
