SALISBURY, Md. (CBSDC) — A Salisbury, Md. man got the shock of his life when a 22-year-old burglar broke into his home and made a chicken pot pie wearing nothing more than his underwear and a smile.
The homeowner heard Russell Neff banging on his door in an attempt to get inside the residence shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 15.
The man called 9-1-1 and hid upstairs as Neff broke into his home according to The Daily Times of Salisbury.
Once inside, the young burglar disrobed and made himself at home.
When police arrived they found him fiddling with the television remote in the living room.
Neff was charged with first-degree burglary, resisting arrest and various other offenses. He is being held on $250,000 bond.
