ARLINGTON, Va. (CBSDC) - Police are investigating a possible double-homicide at an apartment complex in Arlington Tuesday afternoon.
Currently, Arlington County police are describing the deaths of 59-year-old Keefe Spriggs, of Arlington, 31-year-old Carl Moten, of no fixed address, as suspicious.
Their bodies were discovered by a maintenance man who came into the apartment complex on N. Culpeper Street near 19th Street.
If the bodies found do prove to be the result of a double-homicide, they would be Arlington’s third and fourth murders in just the last two weeks; and the only four homicides in Arlington in the past two years.
