WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — The Obama campaign is offering the chance for one lucky donor to shoot hoops with the president and several NBA stars.
The campaign is holding the “Obama Classic” fundraiser, with several current and former players expected to participate.
“Imagine shooting hoops with Carmelo Anthony, Patrick Ewing, Sheryl Swoopes, Kyrie Irving, and Alonzo Mourning,” the campaign email read. “Oh, and you’ll get to meet President Obama and Michael Jordan over dinner, too.”
For a $3 donation, a supporter will enter the chance to win the $3,200 grand prize that includes round-trip coach-class tickets, a one-night stay at a hotel and tickets for the game.
No date or venue has been picked for the “Obama Classic” as of yet.
The president has been outraised by Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney for three consecutive months.
