The Redskins held their fourth walk-through of training camp this morning as they start a new week after having yesterday off.

Tim Hightower, who tore his acl last season, says his knee isn’t “an area of concern or caution”, but that they are being smart with it and that’s why he is being worked back slowly.

Tight end Niles Paul, who switched positions in the offseason, says he’s been watching a lot of video of Fred Davis and Chris Cooley and seeing what they do.  Paul also said that both of them have been “very encouraging” to helping him learn the position.
