Washington D.C. (CBSDC) – DC cyclists are riding to remember a teenage rider killed overseas.
Kadian Harding was the son of City Bikes CEO Debra Harding. He was riding his first real road bike in his father’s native Britain when he was hit by a van.
Equipped with helmets and lights, the riders rode from Adams Morgan to the Apple store in Georgetown, through the monuments, and back to Unity Park for a candlelight vigil Sunday night.
