LANGLEY PARK, MD (CBSDC) - The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the murder of an approximately 23-year-old man named Saul Felipe-Augustine in Langley Park.
On July 14th, at approximately 6:41 p.m., police say officers responded to the 1400 block of Kanawha Street for a shooting. Officers found Felipe-Augustine inside the hallway of an apartment building suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Family members could not confirm the victim’s exact age and police say he had no fixed address.
Felipe-Augustine was pronounced dead on scene.
Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and establish a motive in this case. The investigation is ongoing.
