WOODBRIDGE, Va. (AP) — Prince William County authorities say nearly 100 residents have been displaced by a four-alarm fire at an apartment building in Woodbridge.
Officials say firefighters responded to the blaze at the Woodbridge Station Apartments on Eisenhower Circle just before 7 p.m. Thursday. The fire spread to an adjoining building and was finally brought under control about 10 p.m.
Officials say 25 residential units were damaged and about 94 people were displaced.
Three firefighters were treated for heat-related illnesses.
Fire officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
