ARLINGTON, Va. (CBSDC) - A woman was sexually assaulted Wednesday in a parking garage that connects to Ballston Common Mall in Arlington.

According to ARLnow, a 23-year-old woman was walking to her car parked on the fourth floor of a garage at 665 N. Glebe Road, when a man came up behind her as she was just feet from her car. Police say the man approached the victim and assaulted her with his hand, then fled the scene when the woman screamed.

The woman did not have any injuries requiring medical attention.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, about 6’ and 150 pounds, between the ages of 17 and 25. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a light shirt, sneakers and a black knit hat.
