WASHINGTON (AP) — The Newseum in Washington is posting dozens of newspaper front pages from across the country about the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul.
The newspapers will be posted Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. in front of the museum on Pennsylvania Avenue. Friday’s display will focus on the historic Supreme Court decision on health care.
Each morning, more than 800 newspapers around the world send their front pages to the museum about journalism and the First Amendment for possible inclusion in the daily display. The display along Pennsylvania Avenue includes one front page from each state and the District of Columbia, along with a rotating selection of international newspapers.
