WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — Leaders at the Democratic National Committee let off expletive-laden tweets following the Supreme Court ruling to uphold President Obama’s health care law.

Patrick Gaspard, the executive director of the Democratic National Committee, said, “it’s constitutional, bi***es,” shortly after the ruling came down.

He apologized about a half-hour later after sending that original tweet.

“I let my scotus excitement get the better of me,” Gaspard said. “In all seriousness, this is an important moment in improving the lives of all Americans.”

According to Weasel Zippers, Greg Greene, the new media outreach director for the DNC, tweeted, “Overheard in the office: TAKE THAT MOTHER******S!!”

That tweet has been deleted from Greene’s Twitter account.

The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in favor of upholding the president’s health care law.
