ASHBURN, Va. (CBSDC) — The Washington Redskins training camp schedule has been released and fans will get their first opportunity to see Robert Griffin III in action on Thursday, July 26.

Practices at Redskins Park are free to attend, but fans must print off an invitation from before their arrival in Ashburn.

In all, 13 practices will be open to the public.

Practice Schedule

July 26 – 28: 2:55 p.m.
July 29: No open practice
July 30 – Aug. 3: 2:55 p.m.
Aug. 4 – Noon (Fan appreciation day)

  • Gates open at 9 a.m.
  • Aug. 5: No open practice
    Aug. 6: 2:55 p.m.
    Aug. 7 – 10: No open practice
    Aug. 11: Open practice, time TBD
    Aug. 13 – 14: 2:55 p.m.

    The parking lots at Redskins Park will open at noon for all practices scheduled to begin at 2:55 p.m. Gates to the field will open at 1 p.m. and will close at 6 p.m.

    Camp breaks

    The Redskins will hold training camp in Richmond beginning in 2013.
