WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — The National Zoo is asking for help naming their new black howler monkey baby.
The monkey was born on March 22 and is touted as the zoo’s newest and loudest animal.
Howler monkeys are native to South America and their rumbling growl can be heard through three miles of dense forest.
Voters can choose between the following four names: Sumaq, Orejas, Nando and Loki.
Votes can be cast on the National Zoo’s Facebook page. The polls close at noon on Friday, June 22.
