BOWIE, Md. (CBSDC) — A Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurant caught fire in Bowie late Thursday evening.
Prince George’s County firefighters, assisted by firefighters from Anne Arundel County, responded to the fire around 11 p.m.
Firefighters were able to quickly contain and extinguish the blaze. However, the restaurant, which is located in a strip shopping center in the 6800 block of Race Track Road, suffered roughly $50,000 in damage according to fire officials.
There were no injuries in the fire.
Officials list the blaze as “under investigation.”
