SILVER SPRING, Md. (CBSDC/AP) — Montgomery County police are investigating as a homicide the death of Eric Somuah who was found in his Silver Spring apartment.
Shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday police say they were called to the 34-year-old man’s home on East-West Highway by family members who had been unable to reach him for days. Authorities say Somuah’s body was found inside the apartment with at least one gunshot wound.
Somuah’s brother, Michael Somuah, said Eric had worked at a Bethesda Range Rover and Jaguar dealership. He said Eric was making plans to start a company to staff health-care positions.
Investigators are awaiting autopsy results of the medical examiner’s office in Baltimore.
