WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray and the president of Georgetown University are making an announcement about the university’s campus plan.

Gray is scheduled to appear on campus Wednesday afternoon with university president John J. DeGioia and neighborhood commissioner Ron Lewis to make an announcement about the school’s 10-year plan.
