WOODBRIDGE, Va. (CBSDC) — An 18-year-old Woodbridge man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl at his residence that also serves as a licensed daycare facility.

Police say Dayquan Michael Miller, of the 13100 block of Quade Lane, assaulted the girl Tuesday at the location while the girl was attending daycare.

The child’s parents noticed unusual behavior from the girl after picking her up from the facility Tuesday evening. The girl then told her parents about the assault and was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Once at the hospital police were notified and an investigation was launched into the allegations was launched.

Miller has been charged with two counts of forcible sodomy and one count of aggravated sexual battery.

He is being held without bond. A court date was not immediately made available.
