Video: Armed Robbery At 7-11 In Silver Spring On April 27

SILVER SPRING, Md. (CBSDC) — Montgomery County Police detectives have released video of an armed robbery of a 7-11 store on New Hampshire Ave. in Silver Spring that occurred on April 27.

Shortly before 3 a.m. on that day, officers responded to the store for the report of an armed robbery that just occurred.

The video shows two suspects pulling handguns on store employees and demanding they open the cash registers.

The two suspects were given with an undisclosed amount of money and merchandise before leaving the store on foot.

The first suspect is described as a black male, roughly 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build.

The second suspect is described as a black male, roughly 6 feet tall with a medium build.

Both suspects covered their face during the robbery.

A cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest or indictment in this case.
