WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – A local restaurant chain is taking a greasy leap of faith with a new addition to its menus.

Starting May 9th, Chef Geoff Tracy will be offering pork-infested bacon bars at each of his locations, which includes 3 Chef Geoff’s locations, 2 in Washington, D.C. and 1 in Tyson’s, as well as at Lia’s in Chevy Chase.

The bacon bar will be presented in addition to the regular menu every Wednesday and Thursday.

Each of the four restaurants have bacon dishes unique to its own menu. For instance, his New Mexico Avenue location features appetizers like twice-baked potatoes topped with bacon and bacon-wrapped shrimp, while the Tyson’s appetizer menu includes slow roasted bbq pork sliders.
