ASHBURN, Va. (CBSDC) — The Washington Redskins ended their 2012 rookie mini-camp today with Head Coach Mike Shanahan giving his full support behind first round pick Robert Griffin III.

“He’s the starter, period,”  Shanahan said on Griffin.

Shanahan said earlier that Griffin would be working with the first team throughout the offseason workouts.
