DUMFRIES, Va. (CBSDC) - The tractor-trailer that had been blocking all northbound lanes of traffic on Interstate-95 early Thursday has been cleared.

The truck had extended into the road to block all lanes of traffic at front end of rush hour, proving quite problematic for daily commuters heading into D.C. passing Dumfries.

A tow-truck finally removed the impeding tractor-trailer from blocking the road just before Prince William County Parkway around 7 a.m.
