CROFTON, Md. (CBSDC) — One person is in custody following a crash that involved multiple police cars on Route 3 in Crofton Thursday morning.

Around 10:35 a.m. Anne Arundel County police officers attempted to pull over a vehicle they believed to be involved in the robbery of a beauty supply store in Glen Burnie.

Instead of stopping, the driver of the car tried to pull ahead and eventually crashed into two police cars.

The suspect and two officers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
