VIENNA, Va. (CBSDC) — Four people have been arrested following a two-month long investigation into a massage parlor in Vienna.
The investigation was launched after Vienna Police received several tips from citizens about suspicious activity in the area.
A search warrant was executed at the Maple Therapeutic Massage located at 307 Maple Avenue, West in Vienna as well as two other residences in Annandale on Wednesday.
After concluding the search and conducting interviews police charged four people with various crimes, including prostitution.
A spokesperson with the Vienna Police department told All-News 99.1 WNEW that the investigation was ongoing and more arrests “could be” made.
An investigation into Maple Therapeutic Massage was conducted at the time the owners applied for a business license prior to opening. Such investigations are standard practice.
Arrested
- Jeom Suk Smith, 44, of Commons Drive in Annandale – charged with Pandering and Bawdy House.
- Youn K. Um, 40, of Commons Drive in Annandale – charged with Pandering.
- Son Ok Kilgore, 49, of Honolulu, Hawaii – charged with Prostitution.
- Xiangdan Li, 47, of Flushing, New York – charged with Prostitution.
Each suspect was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
The department was assisted by Fairfax County Police and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations special agents in the investigation.
