WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — The Washington Redskins preseason opponents have been announced and showdown between Robert Griffin III and Andrew Luck is on the docket at FedEx Field.

Washington will open their preseason with consecutive road games. The team will travel to face the Buffalo Bills in the first week of exhibition contests. A date with the Chicago Bears follows the following week.

An intriguing matchup between RGIII and Luck looms in the third game when the Indianapolis Colts travel to Washington. The pairing seems a virtual certainty given the quarterbacks are expected to go first and second overall in the draft.

The third preseason game is largely thought to be the biggest dress rehearsal for the regular season. Both quarterbacks could see significant playing time.
