Bloody Weekend: 5 Shot, 3 Killed In 3 Separate Shootings In PG County

PALMER PARK, Md. (CBSDC/AP) — It’s been a violent weekend in Prince George’s County, with three separate fatal shootings.
The first occurred early Saturday morning in a residential neighborhood in the Chillum area. Police say 19-year-old Lester Amilcar Flores-Quintanilla of Alexandria, Va., was shot and killed.
Early Saturday evening, police say two women were shot outside an apartment complex in Suitland. One died, and the other had a non-life-threatening injury. Police are investigating and have no suspects or motive.
Then, shortly after 8 a.m. Sunday, two men were shot inside a home in District Heights, and one died. Police say several people were inside the home at the time and some kind of dispute led to the shooting. Police have not released details about the victims.
Police will hold a press conference Monday morning to discuss incidents.
