Three Homes Damaged In Townhouse Fire On Andrews Air Force Base

JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. (CBSDC) — A row of townhouses on Andrews Air Force Base sustained heavy damage in a fire Thursday afternoon.

Prince George’s County Firefighters responded to the 2000 block of Madison Drive around 3:45 p.m. for the report of a three-story, middle of the row, townhouse that was on fire. The home was burning heavily upon their arrival.


The blaze then spread to the homes on either side of the initial location of the fire.

It took firefighters roughly one hour to extinguish the flames.

No injuries were reported to PGFD Firefighters.
