FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (CBSDC) — Fredericksburg photographer Craig Stephen Faulkner was sentenced to 30 months in jail Monday for taking nude pictures of his clients without their consent.

Police say the 59-year-old secretly taped his subjects, including a 16-year-old girl, while their were in a changing room.

Authorities first began looking into Faulkner after a 23-year-old woman who works at Hooters noticed the camera while she was preparing for a bikini photo shoot, the Free Lance-Star reports. She notified police following the shoot.

Judge Gordon Willis sentenced Faulkner to 24 years in jail with all but 30 months suspended.

The photographer previously pleaded guilty to felony charges of possession of child pornography and filming a minor nude for taping the 16-year-old girl.

In addition to serving time in jail, Faulkner will have to register as a sex offender.
