Nats Taking Back The Park From Phillies Fans

Washington Nationals’ COO Andy Feffer joined “The Sports Junkies” on 106.7 The Fan and talked about the team’s latest promotion to encourage fans to keep Philadelphia Phillies diehards out of the stadium.

Nationals plan to do this by opening the ticket purchasing up to Nats fans before the general public along with a special caveat.

“Anyone with a D.C., Maryland or Virginia address and a credit card tied to that address,  hopefully Nationals fans can buy tickets at Nationals.com/ourpark, before they go on sale to the general public in the first week of March,”  Feffer said.

Feffer “poked the bear” by challenging Philly fans that the stadium will not be full of Phillies hats and jerseys like it has been in the past.
