Metro’s Escalator Woes Continue; Dupont Circle Station Entrance Briefly Closed

WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — Entry to the Dupont Circle metro station from street level was restored following an approximate half-hour disruption due to escalator outage during the height of rush hour on Wednesday evening.

During the outage, trains were still stopping at the station to unload passengers. However, passengers were not able to board trains at the location.
