PETERSBURG, (AP) — Firefighters say a 2-year-old is dead after a fire at a mobile home in Petersburg.

Media outlets report that the fire occurred early Monday morning. Three other family members escaped the fire without injury.

The girl’s name hasn’t been released. She’s the second child in Virginia to die in a fire in three days.

On Saturday, a boy and two adults were killed in a mobile home fire in Rockingham County. Their names haven’t been released.

The causes of both fires are under investigation.
