ROCKVILLE, Md. (CBSDC) - Shanee Cox has been located and reunited with her family.

The 14-year-old mother and her infant daughter were reported missing Thursday night. Six-month-old Navaeh Cox was located Friday morning while the search for her mother continued.

Nevaeh Cox has been located and has been reunited with family members but detectives from the Montgomery County Police-Family Crimes Division continue to look for the infant’s missing, 14-year-old mother.

A reason for the disappearance of the Wheaton teen was not immediately clear.

Montgomery County Police thanked the public for their assistance in a press release.
