RICHMOND, Va. (CBSDC/VA) — Virginia Commonwealth University’s dental school will offer free services to uninsured and disadvantaged children this week as part of the national Give Kids a Smile Day.

The School of Dentistry’s Pediatric Dental Clinic will hold the event Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dental professionals will provide examinations, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, extractions and minor restorations for patients under age 18. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, call 804-828-9095.
