LINTHICUM, Md. (CBSDC/AP) — A small jet veered off the runway at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport on Monday night. The two people on board were not hurt.
Airport officials say the general aviation jet went off the runway onto the grass.
The incident had no effect on regular commercial operations.
Monday’s accident came one week after a commuter flight was diverted to the airport because of concerns over landing gear.
