LAUREL, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County police say a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman have been found dead in a murder-suicide in Laurel.

Authorities identified the man as Adam Owsley II and the woman as Aeris Beard, both of Laurel. Police say their bodies were found in an apartment in the 14100 block of Bramble Court, where Owsley lived, about 7 p.m. Sunday.

Authorities described the deaths as a murder and a suicide.

Police say Owsley and Beard had been in a relationship for about three years. Authorities say Owsley shot Beard before taking his life.
