The Redskins held an open locker room this morning and the big talk was about how London Fletcher, Brian Orakpo and Lorenzo Alexander were snubbed from the pro bowl.  Fletcher, who has gone twice as an alternate, said he heard he was an alternate once again, but the leading tackler in the NFL this season has never been voted in.  There are reports that Orakpo & Alexander also were told they were pro bowl alternates.
